All Inclusive Wedding Planning Services by Sweet Occasions Bridal Consulting
You will receive all inclusive wedding planning services by Sweet Occasions Bridal Consulting. Your wedding planning services will include unlimited consultations by phone, email or in person to ensure that we create the perfect wedding for you! You will also receive renowned design services by our design specialist to create the magical day you have been dreaming of. Wedding planning will also include all scheduling related to the wedding including extensive day of scheduling. Your wedding planner will also book everything for your wedding including all vendors, venues, accommodations and anything else you may need. Your wedding planner will be there for you on the day of your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to accommodate any needs you may have. Setup on your big day is also taken care of for you. All rentals will also be returned for you.
Wedding Day Photography Package
A professional wedding photographer will attend your wedding and document up to 3 hours of the day including your marriage ceremony. Prior to your wedding you will enjoy unlimited consultations with your photographer as well as a meeting to go over your photography desires. After your big day you will receive a CD of all images from your wedding in web size for your social media needs, as well as a leather bound proof book of all edited images. You may also view all your images online in your own web gallery! You may choose to obtain a DVD of all your edited high resolution photos from your big day to print for only $4000.00, or you may work with your photographer to create your dream wedding photo album. Pre Wedding Packages
To keep you, your bridal party and all of your venues informed on the day of your wedding you will each receive a unique Pre Wedding Package. This pretty little pocket sized packages contains your unique wedding day schedule, directions, contact information, and a little thank you! Your vendor's packages also contain final payment.

Bring along a guest to the beauty salon in Banff for a complimentary breakfast and champagne for two while you are pampered with a unique hairstyle done according to your preference. Bring out your natural beauty and enhance your features by the work of a professional makeup artist. What a great way to start your big day!
Bridal Survival Pack
No need to sweat the small stuff! We are here to assure you that nothing is going to ruin your perfect day. Whether it is a safety pin, tissue or something blue we have got you covered. Your survival pack contains the following: a Folding Hair Brush, Mirror, Hair Spray, Bobby Pins, Earring Backs, Facial Tissues, Blotting Tissues, Emery Board, Clear Nail Polish, Nail Polish Remover, Mending Kit, Scissors, Safety Pins, Double-Sided Tape, Stain Remover, Static Remover, Antacid, Pain Reliever, Breath Freshener, Dental Floss, Deodorant Towelette, Adhesive Bandages, Tampon, Super Glue, “Something Blue” and Extra Wedding Bands. Marriage License and Permits
Let our knowledgeable staff assist you in registering for a marriage license to eliminate one more wedding day worry. The cost of the license is included in the package and all necessary paperwork regarding a permit will be taken care of before you arrive. All you need to do is bring a piece of government issued ID along with you.
Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony Location
Choose between the locations of a dramatic outdoor mountainous backdrop or an exquisite indoor ceremony or have the choice of the Oak Room or the Norquay Room which are accompanied by the stunning esthetics that the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel has to offer. Flowers
Let nature add to the beauty of your wedding day by uniquely designing a small bouquet for the bride with a corresponding Boutonnieres for the groom. Each flower design is completely unique and customized exclusively for you to coordinate with your choice of flowers, colors and design!
Ceremony Music
Personalize your Wedding Procession by selecting a musical composition to compliment the style and atmosphere of your desired wedding ceremony. Supply the music and we will assure the rest will be taken care of. To simplify the task, we offer the option to put your music selections on your iPod/mp3 player to be hooked up directly to the audio system. Indoor Reception
Your reception will be booked in the gothic influenced Oak Room or the sophisticated Norquay Room which has a lighter feel. These rooms are comparable in size and will both significantly provide a perfect space for your size of wedding. They are both located centrally in the first level of the Mezzanine, which provides a scenic view of the outdoor Courtyard and the exceptional Rocky Mountains.

Three beautiful centerpieces are included in this package. Choose from floral centerpieces, candles, and much more. Sweet Occasions will be available to design your perfect focal point for your wedding tables and will offer a discount on all in stock Sweet Occasions Decor rentals.
Wedding Cake
Choose between an endearing two tier wedding cake presented on a cake stand or join in the new trend of cupcake wedding cakes. Both options are just as tasty as they are charming!
Honeymoon Accommodations
What better way to end your wedding night than to take advantage of the most romantic of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel’s suites. A cozy and dreamy atmosphere accompanied by the stunning view of the Canadian Rockies set right outside your window. These luxurious accommodations will provide a memorable evening that will certainly never be forgotten. We will take responsibility for booking accommodations for your entire group if you desire. Please note that group accommodations are not included in this price, only your room is.
