Full Wedding Planning Services

You will receive all inclusive wedding planning services by Sweet Occasions Bridal Consulting. Your wedding planning services will include unlimited consultations by phone, email or in person to ensure that we create the perfect wedding for you! You will also receive renowned design services by our design specialist to create the magical day you have been dreaming of. Wedding planning will also include all scheduling related to the wedding including extensive day of scheduling. Your wedding planner will also book everything for your wedding including all vendors, venues, accommodations and anything else you may need.

Wedding Day Photography Package

A professional wedding photographer will attend your wedding and document up to 1 hour of the day including your marriage ceremony. Prior to your wedding you will enjoy unlimited consultations with your photographer as well as a meeting to go over your photography desires. After your big day you will receive a CD of all images from your wedding in web size for your social media needs, as well as a leather bound proof book of all edited images. You may also view all your images online in your own web gallery! You may also upgrade the photography package or replace this photographer with the photographer of your choice by inquiring to the contact above. Please note that additional fees may apply based on photography upgrades.

Bridal Hair and Make Up

Experience some pre-wedding pampering! Enjoy a morning at the salon with a professional makeup artist and hair stylist. Additional people may be added to accompany the Bride as required. The cost of Bridal Hair and Makeup is included in this package, additional guest costs are not included.

Flowers

Choose your perfect beautiful bouquet and a matching boutonniere. Your flowers are completely customizable to your choice of flowers, colors, design and dreams! If the couple desires Sweet Occasions will donate remaining flowers to one of our locals hospitals.

Marriage License

Your wedding planner will ensure that your marriage license is in place. All you will have to do is present your ID at the Bureau and you will be prepared to be legally married!

Outdoor Ceremony Location

Chose from many romantic and breathtaking outdoor ceremony locations in the Rockies including the banks of sparkling turquoise glacier lakes, or hundreds of feet above the valley on a mountain top, or even in a canoe. The sky is the limit! Visit Sweet Occasions Facebook for many pictures or ask your Personal Wedding Planner for more ideas & stunning locations. Indoor locations may be reserved in the case of bad weather but may in some cases be at additional cost. Commissioner

Choose from the best preferred Marriage Commissioners to perform a legal marriage ceremony at the location of your choice!

Witness

Witness will be provided for your union if required.

Ceremony Music

A romantic atmosphere of your favourite music will be created while saying your "I do's" to make this moment truly perfect!

Dinner Reservations

Choose to dine at one of the Canadian Rockies finest restaurants. Please note that the cost of food and beverage is not included in this package however, Exclusive Wedding Planner Discounts will apply to your group. Personal Cupcake Wedding Cake

Choose the design for your personalized cupcake wedding cake in your favourite flavour with delicious buttercream frosting for the Bride & Groom.

A Basket of Love

Enjoy a basket of love with your new husband or wife! This signature gift contains scented candles, bubble bath and massage oils to make your wedding night perfect!

Honeymoon Suite Reservations

Your Personal Wedding Planner will book you in the honeymoon suite at a luxurious hotel of your choice. There are many options are available to choose from. Please note only the booking is included, hotel fees are not included. Honeymoon Management

Liaise with your Personal Wedding Planner to create the perfect honeymoon in the Canadian Rockies or abroad. We know all of the best activities, accommodations and sights in the Canadian Rockies and would love to help you plan your perfect honeymoon. All activity and accommodations bookings can be handled by your Executive Wedding Planner and Exclusive Wedding Planner Discounts will be your to enjoy as well!
