All Inclusive Wedding Planning Services

You will receive all-inclusive wedding planning services by Sweet Occasions throughout the planning of your wedding day. Your All Inclusive Wedding Planning will include the following:

• unlimited consultations by phone, email or in person at our showroom
• renowned design services by our design specialists
• the booking of all package items for your wedding including vendors, venues and accommodations
• financial management for each of your vendors and a payment schedule that is tailored to your needs
• vendor consultation arrangements
• day of services including delivery of all items, setup, choreography of ceremony, ceremony to reception transition, reception setup, schedule management, vendor management, financials and anything else that you may need on your big day!

Our strategy is to make your wedding planning as simple as possible for you while we handle all the intricate details that make your big day perfect. We want you to arrive at your wedding without a stress and enjoy your big day as you deserve!

Wedding Day Photography Package

The cost of a Romantic photography package is included in this package. Sweet Occasions preferred photographer will attend your wedding and document the day including your marriage ceremony. Prior to your wedding you will enjoy unlimited consultations with your photographer as well as a meeting to go over your photography desires. After your big day you will receive a CD of all images from your wedding in web size format for your social media needs, as well as a leather bound proof book of all edited images. A high resolution DVD of all your images is also obtainable but are not included in this package. You can also view all your images online in your own web gallery! You may also work with your photographer to create your dream wedding photo album.

If you prefer another professional you may choose to use the credit toward any photographer or photography package that you choose. Please contact us for more photography options.

Bridal Beauty

Enjoy some pre wedding pampering with Sweet Occasions’ preferred beauty professionals. This beauty credit is intended for bridal hair and makeup but may be used towards the pampering services that you enjoy the most. We are also able to reserve appointments for all of your ladies as well.

Pre Wedding Packages

To keep you, your bridal party and all of your vendors informed on the day of your wedding you will each receive a unique Pre Wedding Package. This pretty little pocket sized packages contains your unique wedding day schedule, directions, contact information and a little thank you! Your vendor’s packages will also contain final payment.

Flowers

Choose the perfect flowers for your big day with this flower credit. Choose to use your Romantic floral credit on your bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, bridesmaids bouquets or any other flowers you wish! Your flowers are completely customizable to your choice of flower, color, design and dreams! If you desire Sweet Occasions will donate your remaining flowers to one of our local hospitals after your wedding day to bring a smile to someone else’s day.

Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony Location

The Rockies offers many beautiful outdoor ceremony locations for you to choose from.  The Banff Meadow is directly across from Buffalo Mountain Lodge and is a stunning location for your ceremony!  The price of booking the Meadow is not included in this package.  If you would like a detailed information package of all available outdoor location please contact us. You may also choose to be married in Wainwright, your reception room. The Wainwright will also be used as a backup ceremony location.

Marriage License

Your wedding planner will ensure that your marriage license is in place. All you will have to do is present your ID at the Bureau and you will be prepared to be legally married! On your wedding day you will receive a temporary marriage license which is legally binding and in six to eight weeks will receive your official license in the mail.

Commissioner or Officiant

One of Sweet Occasions’ preferred marriage commissioners will perform a legal marriage ceremony for you at the location of your choice.

Ceremony Music

The perfect ambiance for your ceremony will be created with your choice of music streaming from your iPod or mp3 player on a professional Bose sound system. Live artists are available for your ceremony as well, please contact us for more information.

Reception Location

Your reception will be booked in to the beautiful Wainwright at the Buffalo Mountain Lodge. The Wainwright room is located on the lower level of the Lodge, featuring 30 foot peaked wood beam construction, Native decor and a private outdoor patio perfect for summer cocktails!   The entire Wainwright room is surrounded by windows offering plenty of natural lighting. This room is perfect for a quiet celebration as there is no music permitted as to not disturb other guests.  Unfortunately this is not negotiable with Buffalo Mountain Lodge.  If you are looking to celebrate a little more please see the Buffalo Mountain Lodge Fantasy package which takes place in the Wapiti Longhouse at Buffalo Mountain Lodge or the Emerald Lake Lodge Fantasy package which takes place at Emerald Lake Lodge, a sister Lodge.  You may also browse our other Romantic Packages.

Centerpiece Credit

A Romantic centerpiece credit is included in your wedding package to allow you to use your imagination to choose the perfect features for your tables. Sweet Occasions is happy to help you design your dream wedding. You will also receive great discounts with Sweet Occasions Rentals as we have a large inventory of décor that you will love!

Wedding Cake

Bring your dream Romantic wedding cake to life, choose from a butter cream or fondant cake designed to your vision or enjoy a cupcake for a twist on the traditional. Your cake will be large enough for all your guests to enjoy a slice for desert or a midnight snack.

Preferred Rates for Guests Accommodations

You will receive a block of rooms reserved for you and your guests at Buffalo Mountain Lodge. These rooms will be yours to enjoy at a discounted rate!

Honeymoon Accommodation

Spend a romantic night together after the celebrations in a luxurious room for two at Buffalo Mountain Lodge. The cost of your room is included in this package.

Food & Beverage Packages

Buffalo Mountain Lodge requires that food & beverage be added to your package. Food & beverage packages include the cost of an adult meal for each guest as well as a cash bar. If you would like to add a host bar, toonie bar or wine please contact us. Please note that billing is based on actual consumption, not the primary estimate. Also, children’s meals are less expensive, please contact us for a quote.

Decor Package

Add a décor package to really make your special day sparkle! You will work with your trend setting wedding designer to create a magical atmosphere for your wedding. Your décor may include but is not limited to the following; tablecloths, chair covers, sashes, napkins, chargers, an aisle runner, aisle décor, place settings, table numbers, seating charts, lighting, candles or any other décor from your dreams!

The suggested price of a décor package is:

$1,299.00 for up to 50 guests

$1,599.00 for up to 70 guests
