All Inclusive Wedding Planning Services by Sweet Occasions Bridal Consulting
You will receive all inclusive wedding planning services by Sweet Occasions Bridal Consulting. Your wedding planning services will include unlimited consultations by phone, email or in person to ensure that we create the perfect wedding for you! You will also receive renowned design services by our design specialist to create the magical day you have been dreaming of. Wedding planning will also include all scheduling related to the wedding including extensive day of scheduling. Your wedding planner will also book everything for your wedding including all vendors, venues, accommodations and anything else you may need. Your wedding planner will be there for you on the day of your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to accommodate any needs you may have. Your Wedding Planner will also provide pre-wedding packages to vendors, staff as well as anyone you feel may need an itinerary for the day. This package contains your wedding day schedule, directions, etiquette advice, and contact information. Setup on your big day is also taken care of for you. All rentals will also be returned for you.
Wedding Day Photography Package
A professional wedding photographer will attend your wedding and document up to 3 hours of the day including your marriage ceremony. Prior to your wedding you will enjoy unlimited consultations with your photographer as well as a meeting to go over your photography desires. After your big day you will receive a CD of all images from your wedding in web size for your social media needs, as well as a leather bound proof book of all edited images. You may also view all your images online in your own web gallery! You may choose to obtain a DVD of all your edited high resolution photos from your big day to print for only $520.00, or you may work with your photographer to create your dream wedding photo album. You may also upgrade the photography package or replace this photographer with the photographer of your choice by inquiring to the contact above. Please note that additional fees may apply based on photography upgrades.
Pre Wedding Packages
To keep you, your bridal party and all of your venues informed on the day of your wedding you will each receive a unique Pre Wedding Package. This pretty little pocket sized packages contains your unique wedding day schedule, directions, contact information, and a little thank you! Your vendor’s packages also contain final payment.
Marriage License and Permits
Your wedding planner will ensure that your marriage license is in place. All you will have to do is present your ID at the Bureau and you will be prepared to be legally married! Any permits necessary to host your wedding will also be obtained by your wedding planner.
Commissioner or Officiant
Choose from Sweet Occasions best commissioners to perform a legal marriage ceremony.
Bridal Beauty
Enjoy some pre wedding pampering at the famous Escape Salon. A professional hairdresser and makeup artist will ensure you and your guest, look absolutely perfect and feel like the princesses you are!
Bridal Survival Pack
Whether you need a safety pin, a tissue, or something blue, Sweet Occasions has got you covered and it’s yours to keep too! Your survival pack contains the following: a Folding Hair Brush, Mirror, Hair Spray, Bobby Pins, Earring Backs, Facial Tissues, Blotting Tissues, Emery Board, Clear Nail Polish, Nail Polish Remover, Mending Kit, Scissors, Safety Pins, Double-Sided Tape, Stain Remover, Static Remover, Antacid, Pain Reliever, Breath Freshener, Dental Floss, Deodorant Towelette, Adhesive Bandages, Tampon, Super Glue, and “Something Blue”, Extra Wedding Bands.
Flowers
Choose your perfect beautiful bouquet and a matching boutonniere. Your flowers are completely customizable to your choice of flowers, colors, design and dreams! If the couple desires Sweet Occasions will donate ceremony and reception flowers to locals hospitals.
Ceremony Music

Indoor Ceremony and Reception Room
Your ceremony and reception will be held in the stunning Sun Room of the Chateau Lake Louise. You will say “I do” in front a picture window looking out onto Lake Louise and Victoria Glacier, or choose to upgrade your ceremony to the breathtaking Victoria Terrace. When you re-enter the Sun Room for your reception you will have a dance floor as well as the Captain’s Room will be opened to you for your bar. Evening Music

Centerpieces
Four beautiful centerpieces are included in this package. Choose from floral centerpieces, candles, and much more. Sweet Occasions will be available to design your perfect focal point for your wedding tables and will offer a discount on all in stock Sweet Occasions Decor rentals.
Two Tier Wedding Cake
To make the day even sweeter choose the design for your dream two tier wedding cake or enjoy a cupcake cake for a twist on the wedding cake tradition.
Honeymoon Accommodations
Your honeymoon room will be booked & paid for you by your wedding planner at the Chateau Lake Louise. Your wedding planner may also book accommodations for your entire group if you so desire. Please note that only the cost of your honeymoon suite is included in this package, the cost of your guest’s rooms are not included.
