Full Wedding Planning Services
You will receive all inclusive wedding planning services by Sweet Occasions Bridal Consulting. Your wedding planning services will include unlimited consultations by phone, email or in person to ensure that we create the perfect wedding for you! You will also receive renowned design services by our design specialist to create the magical day you have been dreaming of. Wedding planning will also include all scheduling related to the wedding including extensive day of scheduling. Your wedding planner will also book everything for your wedding including all vendors, venues, accommodations and anything else you may need.
Wedding Day Photography Package
A professional wedding photographer will attend your wedding and document up to 1 hour of the day including your marriage ceremony. Prior to your wedding you will enjoy unlimited consultations with your photographer as well as a meeting to go over your photography desires. After your big day you will receive a CD of all images from your wedding in web size for your social media needs, as well as a leather bound proof book of all edited images. You may also view all your images online in your own web gallery! You may choose to obtain a DVD of all your edited high resolution photos from your big day to print for only $130.00. You may work with your photographer to create your dream wedding photo album.

Bridal Hair and Make Up
Experience some pre-wedding pampering! Enjoy a morning at the salon with a professional makeup artist and hair stylist. Additional people may be added to accompany the Bride as required. The cost of Bridal Hair and Makeup is included in this package, additional guest costs are not included.
Flowers
Choose your perfect beautiful bouquet and a matching boutonniere. Your flowers are completely customizable to your choice of flowers, colors, design and dreams! If the couple desires Sweet Occasions will donate remaining flowers to one of our locals hospitals.
Marriage License
Your wedding planner will ensure that your marriage license is in place. All you will have to do is present your ID at the Bureau and you will be prepared to be legally married!
Outdoor Ceremony Location
Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise offer many beautiful outdoor ceremony locations for you to choose from! If you would like a detailed list with photos of all available locations please email consultation@sweetoccasionsbanff.com to receive one.
Commissioner
Choose from the best preferred Marriage Commissioners to perform a legal marriage ceremony at the location of your choice!
Witness
Witnesses will be provided for your union if required.
Dinner Reservations
Choose to dine at one of the Canadian Rockies finest restaurants. Please note that the cost of food and beverage is not included in this package however, Exclusive Wedding Planner Discounts will apply to your group. Wedding Cupcakes
Choose the design for your personalized cupcake wedding cake in your favourite flavour with delicious buttercream frosting for the Bride & Groom.
Honeymoon Suite Reservations
Your Personal Wedding Planner will book you in the honeymoon suite at a luxurious hotel of your choice. There are many options are available to choose from. Please note only the booking is included, hotel fees are not included. Sweet Occasions Concierge
Sweet Occasions is happy to book all your travel arrangements for you and your guests including flights, transportation, accommodations, excursion and activities and anything else that you may need FREE as a part of this package. *This package is available Monday thru Thursday at the rate above. Weekend elopements are also available, however may be subject to a weekend premium in some cases.
