All Inclusive Wedding Planning Services by Sweet Occasions Bridal Consulting

You will receive all inclusive wedding planning services by Sweet Occasions Weddings Events & Rentals throughout the planning of your wedding day. Your wedding planning services will include unlimited consultations by phone, email or in person at our showroom to ensure that we create the perfect wedding for you! You will also receive renowned design services by our design specialist to create the magical day you have been dreaming of. Wedding planning will also include all scheduling related to the wedding including extensive day of scheduling. Your wedding planner will also book your package items for your wedding including vendors, venues and accommodations.  Your wedding planner will be there for you on the day of your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to accommodate any needs you may have for up to X hours.

Wedding Day Photography Credit

A professional wedding photographer will attend your wedding and document up to 2 hours of the day including your marriage ceremony. Prior to your wedding you will enjoy unlimited consultations with your photographer as well as a meeting to go over your photography desires.
Sweet Occasions’ preferred photographer is included in this package subject to availability, however, you may choose to use the photography credit toward any photographer or any photography package that you choose.

Bridal Beauty Credit

Enjoy some pre wedding pampering with Sweet Occasions’ preferred professionals. The beauty credit is intended for bridal hair and makeup but this credit can be used towards the pampering services that you enjoy the most.

Bridal Survival Pack

Whether you need a safety pin, a tissue, or something blue, Sweet Occasions has got you covered and it’s yours to keep too!

Flower Credit

Choose the perfect flowers for your big day with this flower credit. Your flowers are completely customizable to your choice of flowers, colors, design and dreams! If you desire Sweet Occasions will donate your remaining flowers to one of our local hospitals.

“Banff” Ceremony and Reception Room

Your reception will be booked in to the beautiful Banff Room at the Grande Rockies Resort.

Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony Location

Canmore offers many beautiful outdoor ceremony locations for you to choose from including the stunning Quarry Lake. You may also choose to get married in your reception room. If you would like a detailed list with photos of all available locations please email consultation@sweetoccasionsbanff.com to receive one. Please note that some locations require an additional booking fee which is not included in this package.

Marriage License

Your wedding planner will ensure that your marriage license is in place. All you will have to do is present your ID at the Bureau and you will be prepared to be legally married!

Commissioner or Officiant

One of Sweet Occasions preferred marriage commissioners will perform a legal marriage ceremony for you at the location of your choice.

Ceremony Music

The perfect ambiance for your ceremony will be created with your favorite music streaming from your iPod or mp3 player on Sweet Occasions professional Bose sound system.

Centerpiece Credit

A centerpiece credit is included in your wedding package to allow you to use your imagination to choose the perfect feature for your tables. Sweet Occasions is available to help you design your dream!

Wedding Cake Credit

To make the day even sweeter choose the design for your dream wedding cake or enjoy a cupcake cake for a twist on the wedding cake tradition.

Honeymoon Accommodation Credit

Your accommodations credit will be used towards booking your honeymoon room at the Grande Rockies Resort.

Sweet Occasions Concierge

Sweet Occasions is happy to book all your travel arrangements for you and your guests including flights, transportation, accommodations, excursion and activities and anything else that you may need FREE as a part of this package. *This package is available Monday thru Thursday at the rate above. Weekend intimate weddings are also available, however, due to restrictions may be subject to a weekend premium. Prices are subject to change without notice based on vendor costs and availability.
