You will receive all inclusive wedding planning services by Sweet Occasions Bridal Consulting. Your wedding planning services will include unlimited consultations by phone, email or in person to ensure that we create the perfect wedding for you! You will also receive renowned design services by our design specialist to create the magical day you have been dreaming of. Wedding planning will also include all scheduling related to the wedding including extensive day of scheduling. Your wedding planner will also book everything for your wedding including all vendors, venues, accommodations and anything else you may need. Your wedding planner will be there for you on the day of your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to accommodate any needs you may have. Setup on your big day is also taken care of for you. All rentals will also be returned for you.
Pre Wedding Packages
To prepare you for your helicopter wedding you will be provided with Pre Wedding Packages containing contact information, scheduling, safety information and a little thank you!
Wedding Day Photography Package
A professional wedding photographer will attend your wedding and document up to 4 hours of the day including your marriage ceremony. Prior to your wedding you will enjoy unlimited consultations with your photographer as well as a meeting to go over your photography desires. After your big day you will receive a CD of all images from your wedding in web size for your social media needs, as well as a leather bound proof book of all edited images. You may also view all your images online in your own web gallery! You may choose to obtain a DVD of all your edited high resolution photos from your big day to print for only $475.00, or you may work with your photographer to create your dream wedding photo album. You may also upgrade the photography package or replace this photographer with the photographer of your choice by inquiring to the contact above. A Romantic Helicopter Ride for up to 8
Ride to Mount Charles Stewart in the heart of the Rockies wilderness in a Long Ranger Helicopter.

From Canmore we fly north to 7500ft above Timberline. This is an open alpine district with breathtaking mountains to the west. Not only are their beautiful mountains to see but often we will be greeted by wild animals roaming the land. After the wedding ceremony there is plenty of time for photographs, exploring and a romantic mountain top picnic.
Rocky Ridges Hike
An upgrade to the standard flight
From Canmore we fly north to the remote wilderness, behind Grotto Mountain to the higher end of cougar creek. If weather is permitting we will be landing approximately 8500ft high and walk the length of a magnificent ridge (lower hikes are also possible). This is a three hour long journey and all members of the ceremony must be in decent physical shape as the elevation is quite high, the terrain is rough and there are no trails to follow. Please take the appropriate measures to avoid altitude sickness.
Marvel Pass, Glaciers and Timberline
An upgrade to the standard flight
From Canmore we fly south to pass the Three Sisters Mountains, over the Spray lakes reservoir to Marvel Lake and the legendary Mount Assinbone. The pilot will take you in for a close up on the hanging glaciers before heading towards Marvel Pass. We are then dropped off at 7200 ft close to Cabin Lake. This flight shows you an exceptional view and takes a longer more dazzling flight path.

Wilderness Guide
Accompanying you and your party is an experienced and mandatory Wilderness Guide to ensure that while you are on the mountain top everything goes smoothly.
Marriage License and Permits
Your wedding planner will ensure that your marriage license is in place. All you will have to do is present your ID at the Bureau and you will be prepared to be legally married! Any permits necessary to host your wedding will also be obtained by your wedding planner.
Commissioner or Officiant
Choose from Sweet Occasions best commissioners to perform a legal marriage ceremony.
Bridal Beauty
Enjoy some pre wedding pampering at the salon of your choice, if you so desire your wedding planner can offer the Bow Valley’s top selection. A professional hairdresser and makeup artist will ensure you look absolutely perfect and feel like the princess you are!
Bridal Survival Pack
Whether you need a safety pin, a tissue, or something blue, Sweet Occasions has got you covered and it’s your to keep too!
