Unlimited Consultation Services: You can meet me, call, email and communicate with me as much as you need to in order to ensure you big day is perfect for you. There will be NO extra charges!

Unlimited Pre Wedding Planning: I am at your disposal from the day we begin planning until the entire wedding is concluded to serve your every need. I don’t believe in the word “Can’t” so throw your wildest dream at me and I bet I can make it come true!

Event Design: This includes décor concepts, researching, renting, purchasing, creating design plans, handling print (including invitations!), and setting it all up & taking it down on the day of the wedding. If you want to design your wedding yourself, that is okay too!

Budget Management: Simply put (because budgeting your wedding is complicated), I will ensure that your dreams are fulfilled within the budget that makes you most comfortable. I will also handle the complicated payment schedules of vendors, deposits, and even gratuity on your big day! I also offer flexible payment plans including monthly installments and I accept Visa & MasterCard too.

Schedule Management: Scheduling is the one thing that will ensure your day goes smoothly and because of this I take great care in ensure everything is scheduled down to the second! I then deliver schedules to everyone involved so we are all in the know.

Pre Wedding Packages: To help the schedule flow through the day I will also compile my Signature Pre Wedding Packages containing a unique schedule, contact information, directions, advice and a thank you for each person in your wedding party & each vendor.

Vendor Bookings: Once you have chosen the right vendors for you from the hundreds available on my roster I will book them all for you. I will handle all contracts, deposits, payment, scheduling and all the complicated stuff to ensure you don’t have a worry in the world!

Vendor Consultations: I am sure there will be vendors that you will want to meet like our famous photographers and delightful commissioners, so I will schedule meetings for you with them. I will also ensure both you and your vendors have the information needed to make the most out of your meeting. I can even attend the meetings if you wish!

Rehearsal: If you require a rehearsal I will arrange all of the details and be there with for you every step down the aisle! I can also arrange your rehearsal dinner and all special considerations along the way.

Full Day of Wedding Services: I will be at your disposal from the very beginning of your big day until I shut the lights off after everything is in order at the end. The day usually begins with the delivery of my Signature Breakfast Basket to the ladies at the salon. I do a briefing for the ladies then move on to the men to ensure they are prepared. Then comes the ceremony setup and organization of all the guests. I also deliver the flowers to the ladies and men then coordinate the processional, all the while ensuing the vendors have arrived and know what they are doing. Then I organize the transition from ceremony to reception. I will set up all reception décor including flowers, centerpieces, menus, favors, linens, cake and all the details that make your day perfect! I organize the grand entrance, cake cutting, dinner, speeches and all the events during the reception while acting as your personal assistant the whole day though. I sew on buttons, find lost rings, pin on boutonnieres and handle any bumps in the road without you evening knowing! This equals less stress for you and the perfect day you have been dreaming of!! There are also many other things I do on your wedding day, but if I was to write them all down I would need another couple web pages! Let’s just say, I handle it all - anything & everything you could ever imagine!

Honeymoon Suite Décor: Walk into a fantasy world when you retire from the party and celebrate with your new partner! Enjoy champagne, candles, rose petals and any other special touches that will make this a night (or morning) to remember!

Setup and Takedown: At the end of the night when everyone is finished enjoying your delicious cake and the bubbly has stopped flowing, I am still there! I am the last one to leave, but before I do I ensure that everything is cleaned up, all rentals are in my vehicle ready to be returned on time and that the venue isn’t going to charge you extra for cleaning up! I will also deliver your gifts & belongings to you or a family member and will ensure that your remaining cake is ready to be picked up in the morning.

Flower Donation: I will also collect your wedding flowers if you wish and personally deliver them to one of our wonderful hospitals. Share the happiness these flowers brought to you on your big day with someone who needs a smile!

Guest Management: I understand that your guests may be coming from all over, so if they need some extra help in getting to your wedding, they are able to give me a call to obtain advice or even have me book their journey for them. You must have those close to your heart in attendance, so I am here to ensure they make it!

Honeymoon Management: Not only am I an Expert Wedding Planner but I also am an experienced Rocky Mountain Tourist! I have seen it all and would be more than happy to give you advice about activities and destinations in the Rockies. I am also available to schedule and book your entire Rocky mountain honeymoon if you wish to discover the treasures the mountains hold!
