Sweet Occasions Wedding Day Only Services are for the couple who would like to plan their own wedding, but would like to enjoy a stress free wedding day knowing that a professional, highly experienced wedding planner is coordinating all their needs on the big day!

Wedding Day Only Services Include:

Pre Wedding

Your Personal Wedding Planner will schedule an initial 1-hour consultation upon booking via phone, Skype or in person at our Show Room.

One month prior to your big day your wedding planner will schedule another 1 hour consultation to go over all your wedding details with you.  Please note that we will provide you with templates for your schedule and your vendor contact information that we will need completed please.

Wedding Day

On your wedding day your Wedding Planner will arrive prior to the ceremony to ensure deliveries, arrivals and set up are complete.

Sweet Occasions will organize the ceremony site and ensure that the necessary vendors are in place.  We will also pin on the boutonnieres and corsages and ensure that you look perfect!  Your wedding planner will also organize the processional and ensure the ceremony runs smoothly.

After the ceremony we will pack up all of your belongings from the ceremony site to make sure nothing is left behind.  Sweet Occasions will assist in the transition from Ceremony to Reception and ensure everything is running smoothly, all vendors are accounted for, and coordinate the set up of guest favors, seating charts, photos, guest books and any other minor decor that needs to be taken care of for the Reception  We will also inform guests and vendors of the schedule, giving directions and organizing guests as needed. Please note that extensive setup of linens, arches or anything overly elaborate is quoted on a separate basis.

Your wedding planner will also be able to deliver payment to necessary vendors for you.

Your Personal Wedding Planner will also coordinate reception entertainment and schedule including management of grand entrance, speeches, cake cutting, first dance and any other events taking place during the reception.

This package includes your Personal Sweet Occasions Wedding Planner’s presence on the day of your wedding for up to 8 hours.

The price of Sweet Occasions Wedding Day Only Services package is $1,500.00 + gst. 

Travel fees apply outside of Canmore.  A $1000.00 premium MAY apply to all weekends in July, August and September.  Please email us for availability.

Wedding Day Only Service Upgrades

Rehearsal:

Your Personal Wedding Planner will attend and coordinate your rehearsal.   We will organize the bridal party for their big walk down the aisle and show the grooms party how to stand and look dashing!  Sweet Occasions will also set up and take down the rehearsal as necessary.

Monthly Consultation:

After the initial consultation every month prior to the wedding a half hour phone consultation will be scheduled to help you with any questions that you may have!

End of Day Take Down:

Sweet Occasions will arrange reception take down and cleanup including gathering all décor and gifts and arranging for pickup.
